Calling all fish burger fans!! This sauce is a total game changer.
With just a few pantry staples and about 5 minutes of your time, you can quickly make it while your burgers are cooking and store leftovers for up to a week.
So far we've tested this sauce with shrimp burgers, mahi burgers, drizzled over fish tacos and used as a dip with fries.

Here's what you need to make "Big Mac" Fish Burger Sauce:
If you're a ketchup addict (I know you're out there!), you could replace the apple cider vinegar and the sugar with ketchup. I haven't tried this yet, but I have seen it in other recipes. I would start with 1 teaspoon of ketchup to start and add more to taste from there.
How to Use "Big Mac" Fish Burger Sauce
Here are just a few ways to use this delicious burger sauce:
You can keep leftovers in the fridge in a covered container for up to a week.
I also recommend playing around with the flavors to adjust to your liking. For example, I tend to add extra sweet pickle relish to my sauce because I love relish so much, same would go for what you like too, whether it's more spices for zippiness or more mustard for tanginess. The world is your oyster and this "big mac" fish burger sauce can be all your own!
Enjoy and let me know what you think if you try it!
