The Daily Report

During the spring I received a call from Sean Davey, who is a member of My Fishing Cape Cod, and also the Boston area president of iHeart Media. Sean asked if I would be interested in contributing a 60 second daily fishing tip which would air Monday-Friday on the Cool 102 radio station.

Shortly thereafter I received another call from radio host Kevin Matthews about contributing a 60 second daily fishing report as part of the WXTK Newsradio 95 morning programming.

Obviously I jumped at both opportunities!

Not only are these radio spots a nice opportunity to introduce MFCC to a wider audience, but more importantly they are a terrific opportunity for me to share information and hopefully have a beneficial influence on radio listeners throughout the region.

In other words, I hope to spread positivity and help people get their morning's started off in a nice way. The reports air around 6:50am on WXTK Newsradio 95 and a littler earlier on WCIB/COOL 102.

Of course I understand that not all My Fishing Cape Cod members listen to the radio, so I wanted to also share these audio clips here on the website for members of MFCC to access.

If you are logged-in as a member, you can access this week's previous reports below. I will work on adding more reports as they become available!

  • I’ve been working a bit too hard lately and have not fished in weeks nor have I had the time to come to this amazing site. You’re all right, it’s Ryan’s enthusiasm that had me reach out to him. He is also running these tips in Springfield, Worcester, Boston, Manchester and Portsmouth NH. I hope it’s just the start. Looking forward to other amazing things we can do with Ryan, Lauren and his wonderful team!!
