This week I would think the bays and harbors of upper Buzzard's Bay would fish well. The Weweantic River, Agawam River, Buttermilk Bay, Back River, Pocasset River and perhaps even the West End of the Canal ought to have schoolies.
Vineyard Sound facing beaches and estuaries already have schoolies. I'd recommend places like Popponesset, Waquoit Bay and the outflows of Falmouth. Nobska Light could be worth a shot as well.
Areas throughout Nantucket Sound have schoolies. This is where I was fishing during this trip. Again basically any inlet, bay or estuary may have stripers. Bass River, Craigville Beach and Stage Harbor inlet are places I would recommend trying.
