My Fishing Cape Cod member and owner of Monomoy Tackle, Eddy Kooyomjian, is doing a 'soft' launch of a new product – his 4" paddle tail. The 4" paddletails follow the same quality details as the larger 5" version and come in all the popular colors of the 3" model. The jigheads are molded to the tail and held securely in place by a corkscrew detail. Each features a 2X strong, 5/0 Mustad hook for reliable hooksets.
The jigheads are made of zinc and come in 1/2 ounce and 3/4 ounce weights. Zinc makes them useable in freshwater environments and more environmentally friendly than traditional lead options. Eddy chose zinc for these jigheads because you can achieve a larger head profile than the same weight in lead. He prefers having a larger profile for the head, eyes, gill plates, and other details on these types of baits because fish key in on them.
The winner will receive a complete package including both 1/2 ounce and 3/4 ounce jigheads, plus three packs of replacement tails in whatever color the winner chooses.
The winner will be drawn on or around Friday, October 3rd.
