Prime Time for Fly Fishing & Live-Lining

​On Thursday, Mark Ward, Alex Wyckoff, and myself took advantage of a day off from running charters to do more fishing.

It was an absolutely gorgeous morning with nonexistent seas and a west wind of less than 5 knots.

Our idea for this trip was to live-line mackerel and hopefully cast flies to packs of aggressive bass cruising just beneath the surface.
