Largest Overall Striper

The prize for the largest overall striper caught during the derby will be a 24 inch handmade wood carving, by MFCC member Ken Whiting. This carving is valued at over $600. Ken is a wildlife woodcarver who's carves bass, bluefish, tuna, marlin and any other species imaginable - including geese in flight for LL Bean. He can be reached at [email protected]

Largest Bass Caught During A Family Fishing Trip
This prize will be awarded to whatever member catches the largest striped bass this season while fishing with their family. To be eligible for this prize, you must be fishing with your husband, wife, significant other or children when you catch the fish. Any bass over 36 inches which is caught from this day forward while fishing with your family can be entered.

Any member who wins any of our derby categories will now also go home with a bottle of Nuo, in addition to whatever other prizes you have won.
