Spring Toggin' in Buzzards Bay

Tautog Fishing from Shore
It's springtime on Cape Cod and saltwater species are migrating back into the region. In today's episode, we'll join captain Jimmy "The Greek" of On Time Charters, for a morning of haddock fishing. But first, we'll target tautog, which are one of the Cape's hardest fighting inshore fish, and we'll do it from shore.
Tog Fishing with Joe Baggs
Welcome to the final episode of season 5 of My Fishing Cape Cod TV. In today's show we'll go bottom fishing for tautog with Joe D'Agostino of Joe Baggs Tackle. We'll also recap some of my favorite moments from the fall of 2021. But first, lets go trolling for bluefin tuna, and see these amazing fish from an entirely new perspective.
Kayak Fishing for Tautog
It’s early May on Cape Cod, and the first saltwater species are migrating into local waters. In this episode we begin by catching our own green crabs for bait, and then we use those crabs to catch tautog and scup. Towards the end of the episode we catch squid, and then briefly touch upon some simple but delicious recipes.
October Tautog Fishing
It’s October on Cape Cod and tautog (also called blackfish) have moved into the shallow water rock piles. Green crabs fished on Togzilla jigs are producing bites on nearly every drop. Learn how to fish for tautog with host Ryan Collins and his wife Lauren.
