Bourne |

  • This specific stream is one of the few places left on the East Coast where you can find the elusive searun brook trout. In addition, you'll also find stripers in this general area during the spring.

Brewster |

  • The town of Brewster has a hidden paradise that is picture-perfect for walking and fishing. When I visit here I always leave feeling refreshed and calmer than I was prior to visiting. If you enjoy pristine woods, beach, habitat and silence then this place is worth exploring.

Wareham |

  • This is the place I often venture to first in the spring, after a long cold winter of no striper fishing. Or if I am suffering from cabin fever, I will venture here during the winter in search of a holdover striper. Either way this area is full of fishing history, and often filled with fish as well.

Barnstable |

  • Access is nice and easy at this beach and the fishing can be pretty good too. I would recommend trying early and late in the season for bass. For bluefish the middle of the summer can be productive and towards late summer snapper blues infiltrate the area. You may even have an outside chance at catching a "funny fish" like a bonito or false albie in this general area during September.

Mashpee |

  • I feel this may be the most pristine place in the entire town of Mashpee. In one glance of this landscape you'll see dunes, forests, bays, estuaries, inlets and a variety of other seascapes. Wildlife is abundant as are fish.
