Join Us in Iceland This Summer

by Ryan Collins

I've got some news I'm genuinely excited to share with you.

This summer, I'm heading to Iceland—and I want some of you to come with me.

Two Adventures. One Legendary Destination.

This isn't your typical fishing trip.

You'll be casting over submerged lava reefs, fishing in tectonic fissures where the Earth literally split apart, and experiencing the midnight sun while chasing trophy Brown Trout and Arctic Char.

Think crystal-clear water, big fish, and dramatic volcanic landscapes that'll leave us breathless between casts.

MFCC has partnered with Lars Spring and Mads Christiansen from Fiskelodge to offer two guided shore fishing trips to one of the most spectacular fisheries on earth.

Lars and Mads are also members of My Fishing Cape Cod.

They are the real deal—passionate anglers who know Iceland intimately and genuinely love sharing it with visiting fishermen.

The best part? You'll be fishing with a community. And I'll be on one of these trips myself, so we'll be chasing these fish together.

The timeframe for these trips will be between June 26th and July 13th. Exact dates will be coming soon.

Option 1: The Short Adventure
3 days of spin fishing in Iceland
Estimated cost: ~$5,400

Option 2: The Full Experience
5 days of spin fishing in Iceland
Estimated cost: ~$5,900

Both trips include:

  • Airport pickup and transportation
  • Comfortable and spacious accommodation with private single rooms
  • All meals crafted with the best locally sourced ingredients (including lakeside BBQs)
  • Guided fishing at multiple proven hotspots with names like "The Island," "A Crack in the Earth," "The Witch," and "The Blue Hole"
  • Full Pre-Trip Support

*Package does not include: Airfare, travel insurance, fees to sightseeing attractions, unlimited alcohol

This is happening. The question is: Are you in?

If this sounds like your kind of adventure, you'll need to be logged in as an active My Fishing Cape Cod member to receive more information.

Important: Space is extremely limited. These trips will fill on a first-come, first-served basis among our member community, and once they're full, they're full.

This is what it means to be part of the MFCC family—exclusive access to once-in-a-lifetime fishing adventures.

Tight lines! 🎣
