Last year, twenty women gathered on a May morning and left with new fishing partners, new techniques, and a whole lot of excitement. This spring, we're doing it again — and it's going to be even better.

This Year's Guest Speakers
Amy Wrightson — Owner of the iconic Sports Port Bait & Tackle in Hyannis, Amy grew up fishing Cape Cod waters and has been sharing that knowledge ever since. A regular on the My Fishing Cape Cod Podcast, she'll be covering spin casting from both boat and shore — gear, lures, species, and local spots.

Amy Wrightson proudly holds a fresh catch on Cape Cod waters.
Tammy King — A Nantucket native and fishing guide on the island, Tammy King has built a thriving guiding business in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Her session will focus on surf casting tactics for stripers, blues, and more. She's passionate about empowering women on the water, and it shows.

Tammy King demonstrates expert rod technique, bringing passion and skill to every cast.
Gretchen Stiers — MFCC member since 2018, President of the Cape Cod Salties, and the driving force behind this event, Gretchen will be at the door to welcome you in.
