Z-Step XL Giveaway from Monomoy Tackle!

by Edward Kooyomjian

Hey Everyone 👋🏻

As we make it through the deep freeze and dream of top water blowups, I have a giveaway that I’m excited about because it’s also the introduction of a new product.

The Z-step was introduced a couple years ago and many folks in the MFCC forum have enjoyed using them inshore, in back bay waters and in rip conditions. I’m excited to announce that the larger version of the Z-Step is coming and members of My Fishing Cape Cod will be the first to have an opportunity to get a couple in the form of this giveaway.

To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment on this thread inside our forum.

For those unfamiliar with the Z-Step, it's a topwater lure that was originally introduced at a size just under 4" at a weight of 3/4 of an ounce. The ‘XL’ version is at 5 1/2 inches weighing 1 1/2 ounces. It’s through wired and the weight is in the tail giving a great casting ability.

The name Z-Step comes from its ability to ‘walk’ and also the appearance of the through wire making a Z-shape at the tail, giving the weight an opportunity to be at the very rear of the tail. The XL Z-Steps come rigged with a Treble hook at the belly and an inline Mustad hook on the tail.

To enter, please visit the forum and leave a comment on this thread.

Your name will be added to the mix to win three (3) Z-Step XL lures in your choice of finish. I’ll draw a winner this weekend and then I will add them to the Monomoy Tackle website. I’ll have them at the Rhode Island show too.

Good Luck and Tight Lines!

Eddy
