Kevin Collins

Hello and welcome to another edition of the My Fishing Cape Cod Podcast! The great weather and fishing continue as we enter the middle of September.

Fishing for striped bass, albies, and giant bluefin tuna is excellent across the board. In fact, Ryan landed a giant 102-inch tuna just minutes before recording today's show!

This week we have usual contributors Ryan Collins and Jeff Miller breaking down this past week of fishing. We're also excited to welcome MFCC TV Producer Shane Uriot to the show for the first time!

We kick things off with Ryan Collins, who tunes-in from the boat while towing in a monster bluefin tuna. Ryan provides us with a tuna fishing update, as well as striped bass around Cape Cod.

We then welcome MFCC's Shane Uriot to his podcast debut! Shane provides some behind-the-scenes information on the filming of My Fishing Cape Cod TV, and touches on his most recent fishing experiences with Ryan.

Our final guest on this episode our good friend Jeff Miller of Canal Bait & Tackle in Sagamore. Jeff gives us the full scoop about what's happening down along the banks of the Cape Cod Canal, and explains how you can target funny fish in the "big ditch" this September.

  • Great show Kevin. The tuna was the biggest fishing challenge yet. These fish are to be honored, and respected. Amazing day. Glad that they are tightly regulated. Go Pats.
