April 30th Group Fishing Trip Registration

by Ryan Collins

Registration for spring group fishing trips opens this Thursday, April 30th at 7pm, and we have some incredible trips lined up with four of Cape Cod's best charter captains.

Here's what's dropping at launch:

Winter Flounder — Captain Mike Fowler, Bad Dog Sportfishing
📅 May 3 & May 25 | $275/person

Captain Mike and his family have been fishing the waters of Cape Cod for over 70 years. His spring flounder trips are often booked months in advance — and for good reason. Mike is a patient, kind captain with a loyal following of repeat customers, and many of you know him as a featured speaker at MFCC events.

🎣 Bonus Tautog — Captain Tyler Putney, Flatliner Charters
📅 May 8, 9 & 10 | $289/person

We sold out 8 tautog trips in 24 hours earlier this season. These 3 dates were added specifically to meet the demand. Tyler is friendly, patient, and consistently on the fish — and MFCC members keep coming back to fish with him.

Striped Bass & Black Sea Bass — Captain Cullen Lundholm, Cape Star Charters
📅 Stripers: May 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25 $325/person
📅 Black Sea Bass: May 16, 18, 20, 22 $325/person

Cullen has run literally hundreds of charters for MFCC members over the past decade. He grew up commercial fishing, holds his 100-ton USCG Master Captain's license, and is one of the most "plugged-in" charter captains I know.

🎣 Bonus Offshore Bluefin Tuna — Captain Willy Hatch, Machaca
📅 July 1 & July 3 | $589/person

We sold out tuna trips in a matter of minutes earlier this season. These 2 dates were added specifically to meet the demand. Bluefin tuna fishing is arguably the most adrenaline-pumping fishing Cape Cod has to offer — and Willy is the man to put you on them.

Spots on each trip are limited — these are small, focused groups, not big party boats.

Registration opens this Thursday, April 30th at 7pm. Members will be able to register for trips starting at 7pm on April 30th by clicking the "Trips" link in the main navigation menu.

🎣 These trips are open to My Fishing Cape Cod members first. If you're not yet a member, you still have time — join MFCC before April 30th and you'll be all set when registration opens at 7pm that evening.

Tight lines! 🎣
