Gator Bluefish in the Cape Cod Surf

Some of the biggest bluefish of the entire season have showed up the past few days here on Cape Cod.

These are "gator" bluefish over the 10 pound mark with some specimens pushing 15+ pounds.

Tomorrow I plan on hitting the beach again with MFCC member Jeffrey Petter in the predicted 26 knot northeast winds, rain and waves of 5+ feet.

      You are located in a pretty good area for fall. As the water cools stripers become more abundant in Hyannis and the surrounding shorelines.

      What beaches have you already tried fishing in that area?
