Cape Cod Grey Seal Caught On Drone

Recently I have been having a ton of fun observing wildlife from above using my drone. For example, last Friday morning I filmed this school of blitzing stripers.

A few days earlier on September 24th I captured another surprise under a bright bluebird sky and perfectly sunny conditions.

At first I wasn't sure what I was looking at, but as I lowered the drone for a closer look I realized it was a large adult grey seal cruising calmly and peacefully through weed beds.

I'm fortunate to have grown up on the beach, and I've been fishing since kindergarten. I have great family, friends and fishing experiences to be thankful for. Just being out there is enough-catching fish is just a bonus!

  • WOW! Great video Ryan ! Not only do we get an amazing view of the seal but also just a better look at these weed beds and the pockets within them . Looks super fishy ! Nice ??
