Ryan Collins

MFCC Founder

We start this episode with a call to MFCC founder Ryan Collins, who is reporting live from his truck out on Sandy Neck Beach in Barnstable. This week Ryan reports peanut bunker blitzes along the beaches of Cape Cod Bay, plus good fluke fishing in the coves and harbors of Buzzard's Bay. Ryan also caught a 36 inch striper over the weekend during this trip from shore at an inlet along the beaches of Nantucket Sound.

Jeff Miller

Canal Bait & Tackle

Next up is Jeff Miller of Canal Bait & Tackle. As always Jeff provides us with a full update on the Big Ditch. According to Jeff, there is a bunch of bait in the canal right now. Anglers are hooking up with big albies and the fishing for striped bass has also been solid the past week.

Evan Eastman

Eastman's Sport & Tackle

We cap off today's episode with a call to our friend Evan Eastman of Eastman's Sport & Tackle in Falmouth, MA. According to Evan, the striped bass bite in the Falmouth area is as good as its been all season long. The Elizabeth Islands are producing stripers and tautog, and albies can still be found in Vineyard Sound and Buzzard's Bay.
