Hello everyone! I hope you're doing well, and have been able to catch some nice fish this season at the Cape Cod Canal. 

Earlier this season I fished with Joe D'Agostino, founder of Joe Baggs Tackle. You can read all about that morning in a post I wrote by ​clicking here. 

As Joe and I fished, he explained some of his go-to techniques when jigging the Cape Cod Canal. He was also kind enough to provide MFCC with a video tutorial detailing a few of those specific techniques.

Below, you'll find a video I filmed breaking down the specifics of Joe's canal jigging techniques. Some of them are a bit different from the standard jigging technique of large, rhythmic upward pulls of the rod.
