I've just discovered how exciting it can be, to see a familiar place, from an unfamiliar perspective.
Lets face it - most of us don't spend much time flying in the sky. Until now, my only "bird's eye views" happened when I took a flight, or sky dived.
Over the years, I have often thought how cool it would be, to someday see a place where I like to fish, from above. How eye-opening it could be, to explore my environment from a brand new angle.
Introducing Sky
I am excited to say that this is now possible, with a little help from a quadcopter and Go Pro camera.
I'm calling this new addition to the MFCC blog Sky, because that is exactly what it is. I am going to share with you views of Cape Cod's beaches, bays and diverse environments from the sky.
I am doing this for 2 reasons:
- I want to share with you an exciting new view of Cape Cod
- I want to convey a deeper understanding of the Cape's unique natural environment
- It's fun!
