Cape Cod Bay Fishing Report July 14-18

This Cape Cod Bay fishing report will cover this entire past week, from Plymouth all the way down to Billingsgate Shoal. I burnt some serious gas the past few days and logged quite a few miles in an effort to find the bite. I am actually quite happy to be on land today-it's a nice change of pace!

Earlier in the week I fished Cape Cod Bay with Lauren and watched her hook up and battle with a nice 35 pound class striped bass. It was a good start to what would end up being 30 hours spent fishing various locations throughout the Bay.

Lauren was on board for a good dozen of those hours, but for the rest of the time I had Jake, my Dad with me. I give them both a lot of credit for sticking it out with me for the long haul.
