Welcome to another edition of the My Fishing Cape Cod Podcast presented by Cape & Islands Mitsubishi! In this episode, we chat with Sam Mullen of the Goose Hummock Shop in Orleans, Massachusetts.

Sam fished the new moon very heavy and gives us a report on where he found the fish and what lures worked well in dim lighting. He also previews the conditions and tides coming up next week for the full moon and provides some information on what lures will fish best.

It seems like most of the larger Striped Bass have moved into Cape Cod Bay chasing Mackerel, adult Pogies, and even Squid. However, there are other surfcasting opportunities around Cape as well. The boat bite also continues to be strong and this episode touches on Striped Bass, Sea Bass, and Blue Fin Tuna boat reports.

Tight lines, take care, and thank you for listening! 🎣
