Joseph D'Agostino started his company, Joe Baggs Tackle, because he was tired of using jigs with weak hooks that bent under the pressure of big fish at the Cape Cod Canal.

Today I am pumped to officially welcome Joe Baggs Tackle as a team sponsor of My Fishing Cape Cod TV. It is terrific to have Joe and his company involved in this new project!

During a recent conversation with Joe, I mentioned the idea of doing a "Joe Baggs Giveaway" for fans and members of My Fishing Cape Cod.

Winners Have Been Chosen!

On Wednesday November 15th I randomly selected the following 2 winners who will receive a My Fishing Cape Cod Guppy Lure in the mail.

Thank you to all who entered here on the site and on our Instagram page, and congratulations to the below winners!

Mike McGorty

Then Joe showed me the Green Mackerel 4oz Patriot Fish he had created. Needless to say I was quite excited to start blogging about these lures and give some away to 2 lucky My Fishing Cape Cod fans!

These 4oz Green Mackerel Patriot Fish cast exceptionally well and are perfect for working the lower water column of the canal. I have used similar style jigs all my life at the canal. They are a good option at night or during the day when bass are not showing on the surface.

There are two ways to enter this contest.

The first way is to leave a comment below letting me know you want in. The second way is to enter our Instagram giveaway.

I will randomly select 2 winners tomorrow at 9:00pm from all those who leave a comment below or tag a friend on Instagram, and Joe will mail out the winning lures later this week.

Enter to win!
