After hiking and fishing for 27 miles, I finally reached my end goal of Race Point Lighthouse this morning around 10am. This was certainly one of the most memorable journeys of my lifetime!
I wanted to post these below videos for those of you who do not participate in Facebook. These videos were shared in real time from the beach.

Bet you appreciate your shower and bed a little more after your trip.lol
Oh man you have no idea Steve! I will never take a hot shower for granted again.
I think its great to see someone of my generation going on an adventure like this. It must have been wild! Perhaps this could be the first ANNUAL excursion up the cape for MFCC members.
It was awesome! (albeit damp and cold during the nights – but well worth it)
Some sort of annual event would be great…I’m actually working on getting a MFCC tournament going for October – will keep you all posted!
Excellent effort on the hike. I would love to do that someday myself. Never give up!

I definitely recommend it Steve and you are right, never give up!
Congrats Ryan on your epic Journey and cutos for never giving g up on Catching tgat big Striper !!!!
I am just happy the weather and finally the fish cooperated. Very fortunate for sure, and thanks for following along Steve!
Epic adventure! Pretty outstanding…congrats on completing this trek!
Thanks Ryan! Such an incredible sliver of sand out there. So fortunate to have it in our backyards.
Just watched the video of your beach walk, you rock kid . . . you are my hero . . . I have to go to work tomrrow and there is no beach or fish involved!
Thanks Myron! The beach will still be there after work! I definitely recommend taking a walk along the outer beaches, even if it’s just for a few hundred yards. Terrific place.
