Tautog season is upon us! These structure-oriented saltwater fish fight like crazy and are absolutely delicious eating. Plus the month of May is usually great for tautog fishing.
One of the best ways to catch tautog is to anchor up over a rockpile, or fish the edge of the canal from shore using a Togzilla jig tipped with one half of a live green crab.
I hope you will give tautog a try this spring, and when you head out, you might just have some new Togzilla jigs as part of your arsenal-if you get lucky in this month's brand new giveaway!

I would love to try those lures. Where can I get them & where can I find tautog in the bay
Hey Paul ??
You can get these jigs at Canal Bait & Tackle. Here’s a link http://www.canalbaitandtackle.com/joebaggs-tog-jigs/
One of the most popular spots in BBAY is Cleveland Light. For more ideas please make a post in our member forum and I would be happy to chime in there.
Also, here is one of our most popular articles about tautog fishing which might be helpful https://myfishingcapecod.com/big-tog/

Count me in too. I used to catch tog fishing the Barnegat, NJ jetty using fiddler crabs. Fished between jetty rocks during incoming. Some used old spark plugs for a cheap sinker.
