Right now I am combing through some estuary in search of holdover striped bass. This is my first time out since my trip last week - I am pretty pumped to give holdovers another try.
So you can expect to see a new fishing report published here on the blog very soon.
In the meantime I would like to invite you to a talk I am giving this weekend on "10 Reasons To Get Excited For Surfcasting On Cape Cod." This talk should be a lot of fun and it would be great to see you there if you can make it.
This talk will take place this Sunday at 11:30AM in Room B of the Massachusetts Striped Bass Association annual show.
Here's the address:
University Sports Complex
645 Washington St.
Hanover, MA
Those in attendance can expect to see plenty of photos and videos about fishing Cape Cod from shore for striped bass and other species.
The talk will also include information and tips specifically geared towards targeting big striped bass at the Cape Cod Canal and at other "not so well known" areas of the Cape.
For a "sneak peek" you can check out this page or watch the short video below.
It would be great to see you there if you can make it!
And stay tuned here on the blog this weekend for a new round of reports. Hopefully I am reeling in a fish as you read this!
Tight lines and take care,
Ryan
