Join us for a fun morning of fly fishing talk, networking, and learning! This meetup will be a great opportunity to connect with members of My Fishing Cape Cod who fly fish for stripers, and learn from local fly guide and expert fly tier, Chris Kokorda.
At this meetup, local shore fly guide and expert fly tier Chris Kokorda will give a presentation on fly fishing the Cape. He'll have some slides to share, and we'll do Q&A.
Towards the end Chris will also give a fly tying demo.
Not only will this be a wonderful educational opportunity for anyone interested in fly fishing for striped bass on Cape Cod from shore, but it will also be an excellent opportunity to meet and network with other members of MFCC who fly fish!
Everyone is invited over to the bar afterwards for an optional lunch and beverage (not included in the price of admission).
- Place: Fishermen's View Restaurant function room, on the banks of the Cape Cod Canal, 20 Freezer Road Sandwich, MA 02563
- Time: Doors will open at 8:30am, and the meetup will officially start at 9am. We'll finish by 11am, which is when we need to clear out of the room.
- All are welcome to migrate to the bar afterwards for a beverage and more fly fishing talk!
- Your ticket includes admission into the meetup, coffee and pastries. Lunch/beverages after the meetup are not included with your ticket.
