Ryan Collins

MFCC Founder

In today's final episode we start with a call to MFCC founder Ryan Collins. Ryan provides us with a big giveaway, plus a Cape Cod Bay schoolie striper report and a Buzzard's Bay tautog report. Ryan will be on the water this morning fishing Buzzard's for tautog with his dad and friend Jason Mazzola. Ryan also elaborates a bit on his winter plans for the MFCC Chronicles.

Jeff Miller

Canal Bait & Tackle

Next up is our good friend Jeff Miller of Canal Bait & Tackle. As always Jeff provides a full Cape Cod Canal Fishing Report and informs us of star tides this weekend - which could be good for one last push of bigger bass. Stripers to 25 pounds are still being caught on occasion down at the West End. Tautog fishing on the West End and Buzzards Bay has been solid and Jeff elaborates more on the subject, plus he gives us the new hours for Canal Bait and Tackle as we head into the fall and winter.

Evan Eastman

Eastman's Sport & Tackle

We will cap off today's final podcast episode with a call to Evan Eastman of Eastman's Sport & Tackle in Falmouth, MA. Evan gives us a full Falmouth Striped Bass Report. Fishing is still excellent in Falmouth as 20+ pound bass are being caught regularly. Tautog fishing is excellent along the Elizabeth Islands and Eastman's is fully stocked with eels and green crabs. Evan also tell us his plans for Eastman's for this Fall and Winter including details about the upcoming hunting season.

  • I’m in and thanks for another great year. I have learned many, many, many things. this is great community and glad to be part of it.

  • Great work this season Ryan. Good luck with the Roosters in C.R. this winter. Hope to join you and Lauren there again soon!

  • I listen to every podcast even though I live in Oregon and only get to fish the Cape for 10 days every year. Great info. May I suggest that on the podcasts you interview other members to hear their stories.
I am willing to be interviewed for the chronicles.
    thanks again
