Welcome to our first June edition of the My Fishing Cape Cod Podcast presented by Cape & Islands Mitsubishi! In this podcast, our host Kevin Collins (my cousin) is joined by Evan Eastman of Eastman's Sport & Tackle in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Evan has a FRESH RED HOT FISHING REPORT from this morning in Vineyard Sound. During Evan's trip he encountered above slot size striped bass feeding heavily on squid. Bait is plentiful and so are the fish off the coast of Falmouth.

Evan and his Dad also got into a monster blue fish which is a sign that fishery is about to pick up as well off Falmouth and in Nantucket and Vineyard Sound. Lastly, we get a Black Sea Bass Report from Evan who tells us of fish in abundance with larger sea bass holding in deeper water.

Tight lines, take care, and thank you for listening! ðŸŽ£
