Ryan Collins

Over the past week we've had 3 new winners from the derby and two recent giveaways.

Both of these guys will go home with new lures to try out this fall, plus one of them will also go home with a canal plug bag, jigs and more!

We are having a blast here on My Fishing Cape Cod running these giveaways and contests, and it makes me happy to send out free gear and prizes to our fans and members.

JoeBaggs Swarter Winner

The winner of the JoeBaggs Swarter giveaway is Shawn Reilly!

Shawn resides in Maine and fishes the coast for stripers. He also fishes for bluefin tuna. This fall Shawn told me he is looking forward to trying the Swarters for the first time ever in his neck of the woods.

Shawn is not yet a member of My Fishing Cape Cod, but he follows MFCC on Facebook. It's great to have him as part of our FB community!

Derby Prize Package

The winner of the prize package pictured above is Jordan Brainson! Jordan caught a massive 50 inch "cow" striped bass in the canal back on August 16.

The fish was the largest submitted to the derby during July & August, winning Jordan a prize package containing a canal plug bag, MFCC pencil poppers, Al Gag's and JoeBaggs lures, Daddy Mac RD Bombs + more.

The 50 inch bass smashed a Green Mackerel Al Gags jig at Cape Cod Canal. You can learn more about where and how this bass was caught by clicking here.

Joe Baggs Togzilla Giveaway

togzilla jigs

The winner of the JoeBaggs Togzilla giveaway is Gregg Connelly!

September was Greg's first ever month as a member of My Fishing Cape Cod. We are pumped to have him onboard the site!

Stay Tuned For More

We still have more derby prizes to award during September and October, so make sure to submit any stripers of 36 inches or greater!

Coming up next week we have another giveaway for JoeBaggs Togzilla jigs, and I know we will continue giving away lures, clothing, trips and other cool items throughout the rest of 2018 season, and into 2019.

So make sure to stay tuned!
